Postage Guide and Timetable
Postage worldwide is free for orders over £50 and is just 1.99 per order for any lesser ammounts. We now use a new tracking system and number which is quick and very reliable. Your order can be tracked to your door via your own countries postal website. All tracking numbers will be emailed direct to you within 72 hours of shipping. Please note that some countries tracking websites will only show data once the package has arrived in the destination country.
Please note all goods are packed and posted within 48hours of payment, if you have chosen to have print added then please allow up to 72 hours before posting.
We send airmail and orders should arrive in the following time frames.

If your order does not reach you within the times shown above please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the issue asap.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure you receive them in perfect condition, should your item arrive and it is damaged in any way then please contact us straight away and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
You may return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, i.e wrong size, error in print, damaged.
We will also except exchanges on items as long as the kit is plain or the name and number print is of a popular player.
You should expect to receive your refund once a tracking number to us has been submitted and returns will go to a uk address.
If a item has been damaged via washing or ironing we can not refund so please check care labels in the product and make sure the item is ironed inside out .
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
